Ashley
Peter has been practising with every client and has closed one client taking them from an investment of £1 million to £2million.
Martyn has been working hard to analyse some of the numbers and is setting meetings with all our introducers.
My own experience has been that the memory stack for objections starting with the cushion is really working
So in summary the course was great and we are putting the systematic approach into place with some success to date and I am sure as our confidence grows the success rates will climb too.
Thanks again

Kind regards

The Ashley Latter Sales Coaching Business

The goals of my business

To provide my clients with the most effective sales strategies and coaching.  To custom design training courses that will wimprove the performance of the participants and thus their bottom line results.

Why Ashley Latter is qualified to teach you how to sell and succeed

Ashley has been a Salesman all his life and has certainly earned his stripes. He financed his college days by selling ladies coats on Liverpool Market and then went on to sell insurance for Swintons.

In 1992 he left his job in Finance where he was earning £25,000 per year, drove a BMW and had all the company perks, to join the world famous and renowned Dale Carnegie Training Organisation as a Business Coach and Salesman. He was given Old Trafford and Manchester as his territory and he worked on commission only. (His girlfriend at the time Graziella, who is now his wife thought he was mad.) The first year was hell and he only sold 22 places on courses which allowed him to earn the paltry sum of £8,250 in commissions. It was fair to say, that in the first year, he failed miserably.

In his 14th month he finally opened up two large accounts where he earned more in commission in one month than the previous 14 months put together. He had enough money to feed himself and pay his mortgage for a further year and that is when things really took off. For the next 9 years in a row, he was the top UK salesman and was also consistently in the top 5 in the world out of a sales force of 1500.

After 3 years & 750 hours of unpaid and intense training, Ashley finally graduated to become a Dale Carnegie Trainer and specialised in delivering The Leadership & Communication and the Sales Programmes.

The Sales Programme was his passion and he was soon delivering 5 courses a week and providing more sales training in the North West of England than any other Franchisee (252) in the World. He then qualified to become an International Master Trainer, the highest award that can be given to a Dale Carnegie Careerist. This meant that he went round the World coaching trainers, a role that had enormous responsibility. In addition, he was also part of an International Team that wrote the material for the courses and books.

Ashley took a virgin area of Manchester and turned it into one of the most profitable Dale Carnegie operations in the world. He can walk the talk.

In 2002, Ashley set up the Ashley Latter Selling Coach Business and today coaches forward thinking teams to develop new skills and behaviours which lead to improvement in performance and sales results.

Ashley is not a lecturer and has a unique style where he manages to coach delegates to operate outside their comfort zone and take on tasks that before were deemed impossible. Sales people love working with Ashley, as he has a likeable, easy style.

Today he conducts over 140 presentations and workshops a year all over the UK and Europe. When he isn’t travelling he lives in Manchester with his wife Graziella and his children Enrica and Martina. He loves keeping fit, boxing, reading, walking and watching his beloved Manchester United.
