This was in the context of a discussion we had about an employee’s lack of confidence, as he struggles to take responsibility for any processes in the office. We’re dealing with that.

I have been married to Graziella since 1998 and believe me she is my rock and deserves a medal for the 12 years we have been married. I am blessed to have two wonderful daughters Enrica and Martina. My wife is half Italian and as you can see I had very little say in their names. We also have a dog called Sandy.
I have lived in Manchester all my life, not because I love the rain, but because it is one of the best cities in the world and we are also blessed to be surrounded by amazing countryside, where I love nothing more than walking with my family and my dog.
My other passions include watching the current world champions Manchester United (thanks dad for bringing me up a Red) and also keeping fit. Every year I do something daft for a charity and in 2008 I did a white collar boxing fight where I trained for 3 months solid in a boxing gym in East Manchester. Unfortunately I lost on points, but we did raise £27,000 for a local charity.
